We want you to be completely satisfied with your CLAE footwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected.
